What is your return policy?
We are happy to provide a full refund on any UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 30 days of purchase minus the original shipping cost. Simply contact us and we’ll issue an RMA number within 2-3 business days, then ship the product back. Once we receive the product and verify that it hasn’t been used or opened, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price minus original shipping within 1-2 business days. If you have any other questions about returns, please feel free to contact us.
What if I’m unhappy with a product that I purchased but I’ve already opened and used the product?
If you’re really unsatisfied with a product that you purchased, let us know. In some cases, we will issue you a credit of the original purchase price minus shipping to your account. You will not have to return the product. Please note that this is not a general policy but will be decided on a case-by-case basis. There is no miracle product. None of the products we sell are designed to be a replacement for a healthy diet.
I need more information on a particular product. Can I ask you a specific question regarding the products you sell?
We’re enthusiastic about all of the products we sell, but for liability reasons we are not able to give medical advice. We are not doctors and have neither the qualifications nor specific information about your health to properly advise you. Most nutritional supplements that are plant based are natural and safe, but we always recommend that you consult with a physician before taking any supplements, especially if you’re currently taking prescription medication.
Do you offer discounts if I buy multiple products?
If you buy 3 of the same product, you’ll receive 5% back in credit towards your next purchase. Buying 6 or more gives you 10% back. The products must be the same in order to qualify for this discount.
I just placed an order, but need to cancel it or change something. How can I do this?
Please contact us as soon as possible after the order is completed if you need to make any changes. If the order hasn’t already been shipped, we’ll be happy to make any proposed changes. If you need to cancel the order but it has already been shipped, you will need to return the product unopened and unused. Once the product has been received by us, we will issue a full refund minus original shipping within 1-2 business days. If you would like to add something to your order and it has already been shipped, you will need to pay for additional shipping (since we will be sending it in two separate packages).
Can I place an order via phone?
Yes, however there is a $5 convenience fee associated with this option. Our ordering and checkout system is very simple, but if you have any problems during checkout feel free to contact us for free assistance. You will not be charged a convenience fee if you simply need help using the web based checkout.
Can I pay by check?
Yes, however there is a $5 convenience fee associated with this option. Also, it might take up to 30 days for your products to arrive while we’re waiting for the check to clear. Any returned checks will be met with a $35 fee where acceptable by law.
Are the products that you sell fresh?
The products we sell are as fresh as they can possibly be. We don’t stock large quantities of products for long periods of time. In fact, a lot of the time when you receive a product, it was just manufactured just a few days ago! Freshness is essential as old supplements will lose many of their beneficial effects. Because of this, we never resell returned supplements, even if they’re returned unopened.
What do you do with returned products?
Products that are unopened get returned to the manufacturer. We NEVER resell returned products. If the product has been opened, we dispose of it.
Do you offer discounted products that have been previously returned?
No. We will never sell a returned product under any circumstances.
Do you sell wholesale?
Unfortunately no. We sell to individual customers and some businesses. But our products are not priced at wholesale.
I have a particular disease. Do you sell any products that can treat or cure it?
Our products are focused on maintaining overall health. Although some of these products may have beneficial effects to people with a particular disease, it’s important to know that none of the products we sell have been approved by the FDA to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease. There are no miracle products, so please keep your expectations realistic.
